Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fv66 ("fv66", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fv66 online betting and casino platform available at https://fv66.online (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by fv66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the fv66 Platform.
• You are using your own funds and are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

fv66 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where we have reason to believe that the eligibility criteria are not, or are no longer, satisfied.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of fv66 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active fv66 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fv66 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any bonus funds. Genuine winnings may be retained at fv66's discretion following a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify fv66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. fv66 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fv66 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or as part of a routine account review:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

fv66 is committed to processing KYC documents promptly. Standard verification is completed within 48 hours of submission of complete and legible documents.

Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fv66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be introduced or withdrawn at fv66's discretion. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your fv66 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits are accepted and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fv66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, for which fv66 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Failed Deposits

In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is reversed after funds have been credited to your fv66 account balance, fv66 reserves the right to adjust your account balance accordingly. Any bets placed using funds derived from a failed deposit may be voided.

Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted during weekends or public holidays in Bangladesh may take an additional business day to process. fv66 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance exceeds the minimum.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. fv66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.

5.4 Withdrawal Holds

fv66 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to your account. We will endeavour to resolve such holds within 5 business days and will communicate with you via the email address registered to your account throughout the process.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by fv66 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion — unused bonus balances will expire automatically upon the deadline.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

fv66 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies or low-margin betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, and any form of collusion with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, fv66 reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit bonus and derived winnings, and permanently close the account(s) involved.

6.4 Promotional Changes

fv66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at our sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement beyond the specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on fv66 are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. fv66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, if we have reason to believe that the bet was placed in error, based on erroneous odds, or in breach of these Terms. Bets are not considered confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued to the player.

7.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that odds are published in error — whether due to technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — fv66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' account balances. We will endeavour to identify and correct erroneous odds promptly and will communicate the outcome of any investigation to affected players.

7.3 Match Integrity

Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption may be voided at fv66's discretion, regardless of the outcome. fv66 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and may share betting data with authorised sporting authorities in connection with integrity investigations.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

fv66 applies maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the maximum payout will be applied and the excess will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fv66 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or fv66 employees to gain an unfair advantage
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards fv66 staff or other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its infrastructure, or other players' accounts

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised use of fv66's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

Limitation of Liability

fv66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

fv66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the fv66 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance subject to these Terms.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a bet was placed will govern the settlement of that bet, unless a later version is required to apply by operation of law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. fv66 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. The language of any dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
